# Hub Support

I pressed Send LPA from the Investor Pipeline screen, and it asked me if I wanted to convert it into the investor onboarding. In that process, it auto-assigned a different value than the LP committed, and now this whole system seems stuck with data that I didn't load into it. Please advise, as I'd like to get an LPA out to an LP who's ready to sign. 

Hello, my wire instructions under the back office is not clickable to me and my LPs, plz help

For some reasons, many of the files, mostly pdf, in our data room simply won't load and cannot be view online, and the site doesn't give any error or instruction. My current workaround is to download it which defeats the purpose of having a data room. 
Any idea on why this happens?

Hi Team, how are you today? Sharing some quick feedback about Startuply. There is a struggle with looking into founders in the African emerging markets. I submitted 3 visible founders online, and only 1 result came back. What do you think? Is the platform more suited for US domestic founders?

I there a way to get an alert that a startup has submitted a deck using myDecile Hub Inquiry form? I currently don't receive one. I just discovered that 5 different decks were submitted using my form over the last 3 weeks, but I had no idea they were there for me. The only way I find them is by manually going in to inspect my pipeline to see if any deals are there that I don't recognize. 

Since it's a form, it feels like the expected behavior is that I could receive an email alerting me to the form submission, including some/all of the completed form fields, and a link to the deal in my Hub pipeline. (Like a Contact Us form on a website)

Am I missing a feature that's there already but I'm overlooking?

I've been getting an "Error starting chat" message when trying to use Hub Extension v1.200

I entered some stub content into the Start Fund doc creation flow, just to test it out. I didn't realize that there woudn't be a back button! I'm now at the part where it wants me to sign the Start Fund agreements, and there's no "back" option to edit what I submitted. Looks like the content isn't integrated into the agreements, but how do I edit what I submitted in the earlier steps of that flow? (long-form thesis, etc)

Is it possible to reset an LPA on my side?  I was able to adjust the amount of a commitment, but the new commitment is not reflected on the LPA the LP is seeing.  Tried sending the original onboarding questionnaire link, and it doesn't reset.

Hi - I have a decile hub for my LP account with an established fund and another for my venture intitute cohort 7 work.  I can't seem to log into my spatial capital decile hub anymore (spatial.decilehub.com) - the hub kicks me back to my VI cohort 7 fund (trestle.decilehub.com).  How can i get into the spatial hub?  Cheers. I ran into a bug where when trying to add an attachment to an email being sent to LPs, the platform sent the email before I had intended to send it.  If you look through the logs from the past 15 minutes, you'll see what I'm talking about.

I'm trying to create a folder in the Shared LP data room, and it's not letting me.

How can I delete an entity? 

How do I merge 2 contacts (Same person) that has 2 different emails?  David Tobias in our directory.  Should combine and his gmail should be primary email.
